GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. GOODS SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
    Progetti Emiliani offers fresh and dried agricultural and food articles produced or commercialized by companies of Emilia. These concernes have seat in the provinces of Bologna, Modena, Reggio Emilia, Parma and Piacenza.
    Progetti Emiliani offers also book-, music- and infomation publishing having the above mentioned characteristics. The products can be sent in the national territory, to E.C. countries, to extra E.C. countries. For other destinations the prices and clauses of present contract are not valid.
    Whoever is interested in offers for destination in other countries can send a E-mail specifying products, quantities and destination to info@emiliaitaly.com.
    The offer sale is to be understood "out of stock excepted".
    Should the real quantity of goods not be available, at manufacturing companies, Progetti Emiliani will inform in time the customer by e-mail.


  2. TERMS OF DELIVERY
    The shipping and delivery of products take place by express carrier. Progetti Emiliani, owner of the Internet page www.emiliaitaly.com, choses among following shipping companies:
    • DHL
    • Posta celere (express mail) Poste Italiane s.p.a.
    The goods travel properly packed. In case of breaking or tampering the customer has the right to refuse the delivery. The costs for replacing of product and for shipping are to the account of Progetti Emiliani.
    The freight costs include:
    fix contribution 105.000 Lire (54,23 EURO) + 20% of order's amount. The amount of freight cost will be displayed together with value of ordered goods. On drawing the order up the customer can know, through the total amount automatically displayed, the total cost of transaction. The delivery of alcoholic products will be effected by forwarding agent only to person of age.

  3. TIMES OF DELIVERY
    The shipping of goods takes place after the crediting of bank transfer or not negotiable cheque or after payment of the amount on a post office account.
    Times of delivery are:
    • Italy: 5 days
    • Italy -isles: 6 days
    • E.C. countries: 8 days
    • Extra E.C. countries: 10 days


  4. Terms of payment
    After sending the order the customer has 8 days time to effect the payment of the ordered goods. After that period the order can't be considered valid any longer and won't be dispatched.
    Payment can be effected:
    • by Bank transfer on bank account nr. 7004 by "Banca di Piacenza" branch of Ponte dell'Olio (PC), SWIFT code BC PC IT 2P registered under: Progetti Emiliani picc. Soc. cooperativa a r.l.
    • by transfer on post office account nr. 14248298 registered under: Progetti Emiliani picc. Soc. cooperativa a r.l.
    • by not negotiable bank cheque entered in name of Progetti Emiliani picc. Soc. cooperativa a r.l. at the following adress: Progetti Emiliani - via Vittorio Veneto, 174 - 29028 Ponte dell'Olio (PC) - ITALY

    On crediting of the amount a E-mail confirming the operation will be sent. The payment can take place either in Lire or Euro.

  5. Right of renunciation
    According to decree (D.L.) nr. 50 dated 15/01/92 tthe customer can make use of the right of renunciation within 7 (seven) days after reception of goods, by registered letter to:
    (customer service)- Via Vittorio Veneto, 174- 29029 Ponte dell'Olio (PC).
    The customer has the right to the reimboursement of the ordered goods, that must be sent back properly packet at customer's expenses (costs for sending back the goods can't anyway be refound).

  6. Processing of personal data - art. 10 of Law n° 675 dtd 31/12/96
    In compliance with the above mentioned law Progetti Emiliani, limited co-operative society, responsible of data processing, informs:
    • The collecting of data and their subsequent electronic input or processing through paper support, has the sole purpose of formalization of purchase contract and despatching of goods.
    • Progetti Emiliani will transmit the data to the companies delegated to fulfilment of services subject of the contract.
    • By the filling up of order form the customer gives leave to processing of his data and benefits of rights provided for in art. 13 of above mentioned law: The customer can ask at any time for variations, cancellation or examination of the concerned data by writing to:

  7. Acceptance of present regulations
    This regulation is considered underscribed by customer only on crediting of ordered goods' amount by banks or credit institutions. The mere sending of order forms is not binding for the contracting parties.
