From 1820 in the mountains of Groppallo grows the craftwork of pork butchers.

The Salini Bros. ,following this tradition, continue with zeal the activity of ther grandfather and produce and ripen dressed pork products with the ancient working-systems.
The position and height of Groppallo (emilian-ligurian Pennine,1000 m. a.s.l., influence of maritime climate) help to make the ripening a point in favour of these artisans.
Valuable are COPPA, SALAME, PANCETTA which production the Salini Bros. supervise yet from the choise of meats.
The limited output give these products the guarantee of genuineness and the respect of tradition that make the difference with mass production.
